Health and Safety

At Delta, one of our main objectives is to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all our employees when they are at work. We provide all our full-time employees with health insurance. In addition, our corporate doctor undertakes regular check-ups for all employees.

Employee absence across our operations was commonly cited for mild sickness such as colds, and stomach upsets. The average absence as a proportion of employee time is three days annually per employee.

We acquired the OHSAS 18001: 2007 certification to safeguard all our employees from the health and safety risks that is associated with our business operations. In addition, we regularly provide them with Occupational Health and Safety Training.
